Notice to Vacate Form

In accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (1986), I/We hereby give at least 28 days notice to vacate the above premises.

I understand that I am liable for the rent for the 28 days rent from the date at which you receive this notice.

Moving Out Date

I understand that if I/We intend to move out of the property prior to the required 28 days, and you are able to relet it, that I/We will only be required to pay rent to the commencement date of the new tenancy.
